How Custom Orders Work

  • Share Your Idea

    Fill out the custom order request form with as many details as possible - season, holiday, colors, theme, size, budget, timeline, inspiration photos, and where you plan to display your piece.

  • I'll Review the Details

    Once your request comes through, I’ll review your vision, ask any follow-up questions if needed, and let you know what is possible based on supplies, timing, and design details.

  • Design & Pricing Confirmed

    After we finalize the general direction, I’ll provide pricing and next steps. A deposit is required before supplies are ordered, with the remaining balance due once your custom piece is complete.

  • Your Piece Comes to Life

    Most custom orders take about 1–4 weeks depending on the design, supply availability, and current order volume. Busy fall and Christmas seasons may require extra time, so early requests are always appreciated.

  • Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping

    Custom wreaths, bows, swags, door hangers, and many seasonal decor pieces can be shipped within the U.S. Larger or oversized designs may require local delivery, or a custom shipping quote.

Fall and Christmas book up quickly, so reaching out early is always the best way to make sure your custom piece has plenty of time to come to life.
