The Whimsical Spirit offers handmade seasonal decor, curated home decor accents, custom designs, porch installations, in-home decorating services, and other related products and services.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Whimsical Spirit. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website visitor, purchaser, or service client.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
Products & Handmade Variations
Many items sold by The Whimsical Spirit are handmade, hand-finished, limited-quantity, seasonal, or specially curated. Because of this, slight variations may occur from piece to piece.
Colors, textures, sizing, ribbon placement, greenery placement, embellishments, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the item, screen settings, lighting, photography, material availability, and natural product variation.
These small differences are part of what makes each piece special and are not considered defects.
Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete and payment has been processed. Because many items are limited-quantity or seasonal, items may sell out and may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product details, remove listings, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Discount codes, coupons, promotional offers, and store credits must be used within the stated terms and expiration dates. Promotional offers may not be combined unless specifically stated and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end promotions at any time.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, or unforeseen issues with product availability.
If an order is canceled by The Whimsical Spirit before fulfillment, the customer will be notified and refunded according to the situation and applicable payment processing rules.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, shipping information, billing information, contact information, and delivery instructions are correct before submitting an order.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created specifically for the customer and may require a deposit before supplies are ordered or work begins.
Custom order timelines may vary based on product type, supply availability, design complexity, current order volume, seasonal demand, and customer response time. During busier seasons, especially fall and Christmas, custom order timelines may be longer.
Once supplies have been ordered or work has begun, changes may be limited and may result in additional fees. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Services, Porch Installations & In-Home Decorating
The Whimsical Spirit may offer local services including porch installations, in-home decorating, large-scale decorating, and other service-based work.
Service pricing, availability, timelines, and scope of work may vary based on location, space, design needs, materials, installation requirements, access to the property, weather, and customer preferences.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the space, access instructions, safety concerns, design preferences, budget, and any restrictions that may affect the service.
For porch installations and in-home decorating services, customers are responsible for ensuring the area is safe, accessible, and ready for installation at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsafe conditions, pets, children, weather-related issues, or conditions outside of our control.
Completed services, installation fees, decorating fees, design fees, and labor fees are non-refundable.
Covered Outdoor Use & Display Care
Many wreaths, door hangers, bows, porch pieces, and seasonal decor items may be displayed outdoors, but they are best suited for covered outdoor areas such as a covered porch, patio, entryway, or door with some protection from the elements.
To help your piece last as long as possible, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat, and harsh weather conditions. Arizona sun, monsoon storms, wind, and heat can be especially tough on decorative items.
The Whimsical Spirit is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, installation by the customer, weather exposure, theft, loss, fading, or normal wear and tear after an item has been delivered, picked up, or installed.
Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup
Shipping, local delivery, and pickup options may vary by product, location, item size, and availability.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address. The Whimsical Spirit is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product type, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply availability, and other circumstances outside of our control.
If an order cannot be shipped within the originally stated timeframe, we will contact the customer with an update and next steps.
Local delivery and pickup options may be available for select items and locations. If local delivery or pickup is selected, the customer is responsible for being available during the agreed-upon timeframe or following any provided instructions.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns. Approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit only, except where otherwise required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy and provide photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and all original packaging materials. Original packaging materials may be required in order to repair, replace, or review a damaged item claim.

Customer-Provided Information
When placing an order, requesting a custom piece, booking a service, submitting a form, or communicating with The Whimsical Spirit, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
The Whimsical Spirit is not responsible for delays, errors, missed communications, incorrect orders, or service issues caused by incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Photos, Reviews & Shared Content
Customers may choose to share photos, reviews, testimonials, tags, comments, or other content related to products or services from The Whimsical Spirit.
By submitting, tagging, or sharing content with The Whimsical Spirit, you give us permission to share that content for marketing, social media, website, portfolio, or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.
We will not intentionally share private personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or other sensitive information.
